The Prevention Program includes street outreach, outreach at specific sites, and outreach with our Mobile Health Van.  The Mobile Health Van offers the following medical services free of charge:

• Blood Pressure Screening

• Weight Check

• General Medical Information and Referrals

• Hepatitis A, B, and C Screening to at risk individuals

• Adult Hepatitis A and B vaccinations to at risk individuals

• Sexually Transmitted Disease Screening and Treatment

• Anonymous and Confidential HIV Testing
