We provide wraparound support from early diagnosis through lifelong care, helping individuals stay healthy, housed, and connected to the resources they need to thrive. Today, people living with HIV can live long, healthy lives — and with treatment, cannot pass HIV to sexual partners.
MVAP provides the services, education, and support needed to make that possible — and helps individuals stay HIV-negative through testing, prevention, medical referrals, and harm reduction.

Through personalized case management, we provide housing assistance, food and nutrition support, transportation, and other essential services, while also helping clients access HIV medications, health insurance coverage, medical care, and trusted community resources that support long-term health and stability.

Stable housing is essential for health. MVAP helps people living with HIV secure and maintain housing through rental assistance, short-term support with rent or utilities, housing placement services, and ongoing case management.
